Small oblong folio, contemporary boards, lithographed title pasted on first cover.
Atlas comprising an engraved title and 16 double-page maps, including a general map of Normandy delineated in colour, all mounted on tabs.
The work of Louis Denis, geographer to the Duc de Berry, the future Louis XVI, this atlas was corrected and enlarged in 1817 by H. Bué.
Small stains on the binding, very rare marginal foxing, otherwise a fine copy. 3 bookplates including Georges Laîné and JM (Frère, I, 337).
