Brown pebbled calf, spine ribbed and decorated (contemporary binding). Covers and corners worn. Paper browned in places.
(Saffroy, II, 26672 indicates 3 plates but Quérard, V, 25 and Barbier , II, 645 do not mention these plates. Copies with these three plates are in fact very rare. 2 later engravings have been added).
