Includes sailors carrying rifles in blue dress uniform with sailor collars and red pom-pom caps, buglers with their instruments, quartermasters and senior officers in tunic and cap, swords at their sides, an officer in a bicorne with white braiding, and a standard-bearer holding the tricolour flag made of fabric mounted on its pole.
