SOLDIER (metal) — Lot of 9 items — Nine hand-painted metal figurines: flag guard and detachment from the United States Marine Corps. Four flag bearers in full dress uniform — navy blue tunic with scarlet collar and piping, white trousers, white cap, white leather accoutrements — presenting two star-spangled banners and two scarlet Marine Corps standards bearing the eagle, globe and anchor, inscribed with ‘UNITED STATES MARINE CORPS’. Three other Marines march under arms, two with rifles at the shoulder and one decorated officer with his sabre drawn. Two Army infantrymen in field uniform, wearing helmets and carrying full packs, accompany the blue standard of the 110th Infantry Regiment. Hand-painted flags on metal poles with gold-coloured streamers. Original boxes or blister packs are missing. — Very good condition.
