SCALE MODEL (wood) — A display model of the Caudron C.445 Goéland in the colours of the Free French Air Force, carved from wood, filled and lacquered. A low-wing twin-engine liaison and transport aircraft, with two engines in nacelles fitted with two-bladed propellers, retractable landing gear and a single vertical stabiliser. Olive green camouflage on the upper surface, light grey underside, black and white invasion stripes on the wings and rear fuselage, French cockades, portholes painted blue. The vertical stabiliser bears the red Lorraine cross on a blue, white and red background. The inscriptions ‘C445 CAUDRON RENAULT’ and ‘GOELAND’ are painted beneath the wings. Attached wire aerials.
