SCALE MODEL (metal / diecast) — Set of 9 — 1/50 — SOLIDO — Three boxes from the series released to mark the 40th anniversary of the D-Day landings, 6 June 1944–1984: two ‘limited edition’ sets, each containing four models, labelled A and B on the edge and still in their original plastic wrap, and a single box containing a SHERMAN M4 A3. Box Set A: Sherman M4 A3 medium tank with white stars, wheeled armoured car, modern long-barrelled battle tank and half-track mounted with an anti-tank gun. Box Set B: Sherman M4 A3 medium tank, Red Cross ambulance truck, modern battle tank and German Sd.Kfz. 234 armoured car with a black cross. Nine models in total, all on their original windowed display stands. Made in France. — Excellent condition. Both sets are still in their original boxes, wrapped in plastic.
