A rosewood-veneered cabinet with an oak, ebony and blackened wood frame, featuring four-panel doors and two drawers in the lower section. Coffered panels decorated with cherub heads, birds, vases, foliage scrolls and profiles; a frieze featuring rows of foliage scrolls centred on cartouches surrounding the virtues of Hope and Justice, with corbels carved with heads; the upper section’s uprights adorned with three caryatids representing the theological virtues: Faith holding a cross, Charity with three children, and Hope with a dove; an intermediate frieze featuring hunting scenes; lower uprights with columns surmounted by capitals; a plinth with lion heads.
