A neoclassical tiara element in vermeil (800 thousandths) adorned with nine oval cameos in cast metal in bas-relief, decreasing in size from the centre, depicting Homer in the centre as a full-face bust, surrounded by allegories of Music and Dance, followed on the left by Cupid holding the sickle of Time, Minerva and Vesta, and on the right by a centaur ridden by Cupid, Diana the Huntress and a man’s profile. Probably an Italian piece from the early 19th century (no visible hallmark). L. 15.7 x H. 3.5 cm. Gross weight: 38.9 g.
