Oak panel, one board, not parqueted

Ebony frame with bronze appliques bearing the initials of Henri II and Diane de Poitiers (the cherub's head at the bottom right of the frame is missing)
Old labels on the reverse of the frame, including a label from the Galerie Georges Petit; label from the
Pottier on the reverse "En. Fondation Foch / cz. Jules Strauss / 4.6.36"; a mark in white paint on the reverse
on the reverse "C2604" and an old inscription on a label on the reverse of the panel "DeYitt?
