Russian enamelled silver cigarette case (84 zolotnik, tolerance due to fragility). Beautiful early 20th century model with rich Art Nouveau floral decoration and a bird on both sides in compartments with filigree edges. Gilt inside. Marked I or N. Z (possibly Zakharov goldsmith). 96 x 67 mm. 179 gr. Provenance: estate of Léon Bournicard, engineer at the Chantiers Navals de la Seyne sur Mer, received as a diplomatic gift.
