Volume in-4 (320 × 230 mm). Book in original canvas case with metal handle and clasp. 364 pp. A copy complete with the rare original protective cardboard, with a few scattered brown spots as usual. Suitcase and interior in excellent condition. First edition. A copy complete with Tinguely's original signed drawing, made with his Méta-Matic No. 8 drawing machine. On the reverse of the work, a printed certificate states: "Painting executed in collaboration with Tinguely's [drawing machine] Méta-Matic No. 8, on 1/9/1974 in Stockholm". The abstract composition was produced mechanically and signed by the artist. A reference monograph on Jean Tinguely, written by his close friend and art historian K. G. Pontus Hultén.
