Small in-4, ivory vellum, smooth spine with penciled fillets and handwritten title. In Latin, 12 ff. (title, dedication, table, privilege, errata, notice), 395 pp. Yellowed vellum, a few small stains, hinge split. Some rare foxing. First edition of this ancient history of Aquitaine by Antoine Dadin de Hauteserre (1602-1682) dedicated to Chancellor Séguier who appointed him Regent Professor at the University of Toulouse that same year. A fine copy.
