Ernest Filliard (1868–1933) was a watercolourist from Chambéry, trained by Benoît Molin and a friend of the painter François Cachoud. Known for his landscapes of Savoie and his floral compositions, he exhibited in Chambéry from a young age and was awarded the Prix Guy by the Académie de Savoie in 1893 and 1901.
