Spanish artist. A versatile artist – painter, sculptor and printmaker – he creates a unique, poetic and colourful world of a thousand faces, inspired by the human figure and nature.
The apparent naivety of his works reveals the artist’s character: idealistic, independent and revolutionary. Orphaned at a very young age, he worked throughout his childhood to support the rest of his family, and it was by chance, in the studio of a commercial artist, that he discovered painting. Initially self-taught, he later attended drawing classes at the Ribalta Institute in the city of Castellón to hone his skills.
