Etienne-Maurice FALCONET (1716 - 1791) - MANUFACTURE DE SEVRES, after. "La fée Urgèle" and "La Fête au château". Pair of gallant scenes in biscuit with an apocryphal mark of Sèvres on the reverse (H.: 20 and 21.5 cm) (accidents and restorations)
These groups were executed by Falconet after two pieces by Favart. The "Fête au château" presented to the Queen at Bagatelle in 1766 and "La Fée Urgèle" presented to the King at Fontainebleau in October 1765.
