Large Provençal-style sideboard in the Louis XV style, made of stained natural wood, with a dynamic front and curved ends; it opens via five panels to reveal shelves and a compartment fitted with five drawers; the doors and lower rail are moulded and carved with shells, rocaille, scrollwork and foliage; the front uprights are carved; the handles and keyholes are in gilded metal; the top is of beige, brown and cream breccia marble with a moulded ‘bec de corbin’ edge following the contour of the piece, 20th century (dimensions approx. 101.5 x 288 x 58.5 cm – signs of wear, scratches, minor knocks, some warping of the keys; locks reported to be functional at the time of photography, but with no guarantee of operation, sold as is)
