LIBRARY – “OVERPRINTED STAMPS” ( * ) in France, the colonies and international service – “HISTORY - PHILATELY 1879–1935” by Marcel CHARLET, 1936 – An 18-page booklet with a softback cover. ( * ) classified by Yvert under the heading “tax stamps”. This category of special tax stamps for collection services was abolished and withdrawn from circulation on 1 December 1935.
