MONACO – VERY RARE, UNDOUBTEDLY UNIQUE, ACCIDENTAL PRINTING VARIATION on pre-cancelled No. 1, 60c coat of arms, mint stamps **, BLOCK OF TEN, sheet corner dated 10 March 1945 – the print on the three top-right stamps features a cluster of woven fibres, onto which the printing took place; these fibres are stuck to the paper, causing the print to be partially missing if they are lifted... These are filaments that have come loose from the dampening roller of the intaglio printing press.
