MAUBOUSSIN Stainless steel dress watch with automatic movement. Round case, stepped fluted bezel, fluted crown, transparent screw-down caseback. Anthracite grey dial with a circular guilloché centre, silver-coloured flanges, applied luminescent spike hour-markers, sword-shaped hands, central straight-cut second hand, and a date window under a magnifier at three o’clock. Steel bracelet with flat, open-worked links, butterfly clasp. Case, dial, clasp and movement signed. Calibre 345 self-winding mechanical movement, certified chronometer. Diameter: 33 mm Length: 19 cm (In good overall condition; the watch was functioning at the time of valuation; a service is recommended) EXPERT’S NOTE This watch collection has become iconic thanks to the models created for the Sultan of Brunei by Richard Mille, who was the director of the watchmaking division at Mauboussin before founding his own brand.
