decorated with a semi of fleur-de-lys, gilt edges and finely chased,
interior lace, moiré endpapers, the clasps, which appear to be silver
The clasps, which appear to be made of silver, are formed of fleur-de-lys set in a circle. Box preserved.
French and Latin text printed in Gothic script, all the pages
decorated in the manner of medieval illuminated manuscripts, 12 beautiful
full-page engravings complete the illustration.
A fine copy in perfect condition, with a worn slipcase.
