A long, visionary letter written after reading *In the Shadow of Young Girls in Flower*: “when you have completed your work, there will truly be a world of your own, over which you will reign like an enchanter”… 5 pages, in-4 (268 x 211 mm). Paris, 29 April 1920. A stain on the first leaf. A very fine letter concerning the reading of *In the Shadow of Young Girls in Flower*, the second volume of *In Search of Lost Time*, which was reissued in a deluxe edition after winning the Prix Goncourt and of which the writer Abel Bonnard (1883–1968) received a copy. “The pleasure lies in embarking once more with you on the marvellous exploration of reality.
