Square 16mo, accordion-folded and printed on both sides, cover comprising two printed stiff cardboard panels, slipcase of blue paper printed in white. Unpaginated (16 pages). First edition of Butor’s text and first print run of Garnier’s illustrations, a mixed-media composition entirely screen-printed in two colours, black and orange, spanning 16 pages. A single print run of 125 copies on Arches vellum, numbered and signed by the author and the illustrator (no. 97). In excellent condition.
