Description
Very elegant contemporary First Empire battle pistol. Octagonal rifled barrel with a calibre of 30 rounds to the pound. Slightly flared muzzle. The upper side bears a gold tauzia. Beautiful inlaid cursive lettering. Twisted barrel. The three sides at the level of the thunder, carry punches in hollow with gilded bottom, of the best aloi. Fixed rise and fine front sight. Flat platinum strings with epigraphs. Flat gooseneck. Waterproof iron bassinet. Battery spring screwed from inside. All iron fittings. Domed oval cap with flat bottom, decorated with heliotrope flowers. Round trigger guard. Iron hood forming a ramrod entrance. Beautiful varnished blond walnut frame extending to the muzzle. Squared grip. Barrel retained by a through pin. Functional mechanism. Total length: 325 mm. Condition 1.
