Large in-8 publisher's red percaline decorated with special irons, title in cartouche, gilt edges (Engel Rel., after a plate by C. Blancheland). Spotting and freckling to the body of the book, black stains to the 2nd plate, minor rubbing to the spine. COLLECTIVE LARGE IN-8 ILLUSTRATED EDITION preserved in its publisher's decorated binding "à la sphère dorée", type 4, with the spine "au phare", from the "Voyages extraordinaires" series.
