Examples of subjects: portraits of women and men, military personnel, etc. Identified photographers: Henri Manuel, Mato, etc. Various conditions (scratches, stains, losses) and formats. PROVENANCE: Jean-Pierre Seguin (1920–2014): born in Avranches, curator and director of the Department of Prints and Photography at the National Library from 1977 to 1981, president of the National Committee for French Engraving and editor of *Nouvelles de l’estampe* from January 1978 to June 1982.
