LUCRECIA – Lucretius’ *On the Nature of Things*. Paris, printed by Didot Le Jeune and published by Bluet père, Year II (1794); folio, frontispiece + 358 + 426 pp., red half-maroquin bindings with corner caps, spines decorated with four raised bands. Untrimmed copy with wide margins. Illustrated with a frontispiece and six engraved plates after C. Monnet. Latin text on one side and La Grange’s French translation on the other. This is a reprint of the 1768 edition, which comprised two octavo volumes. Brunet III-1221 and Cohen p. 665.
