Yearbook: Municipal Legislation in Metz from the 13th to the 16th Century. The author was a trainee lawyer at the Metz Bar, held a doctorate in law and a degree in history, was a graduate of the École Libre des Sciences Politiques, and was a prize-winner at the Faculty of Arts, Nancy.
