ROUSSET (Lieutenant-Colonel) – A General History of the Franco-Prussian War (1870–1871). Paris, Librairie Jules Tallandier, 1910; large quarto, 507 + XV-491 + IX pp., publisher’s original green percaline cloth binding of the period, covers cold-stamped, decorated shagreen spine, titles, author and publishers’ names embossed in gold, all edges painted red. Both volumes. A standard reference work on the Franco-Prussian War of 1870.
