THARAUD (Jérome et Jean) - The tragedy of Ravaillac. L'oiseau d'or. Paris, Librairie Plon, 1922-1931; in-12, 272 + 279 pp. stapled with large margins. The 2 volumes. Jérôme and his brother Jean Tharaud (1877-1952) were born in Saint-Junien in Haute-Vienne, in the Limousin region, to which they remained attached. Their Christian names were Ernest and Charles, and it was Péguy who later gave them the names Jérôme and Jean. The first volume is on Pur fil, the second on Hollande.
