Description
Framed poster for the Le Mans 24 Hours 2000 "Rien n'est joué" "La légende s'écrit sous vos yeux" 40x60 cm. This daring campaign was entitled "Rien n'est joué, tout peut arriver" ("Nothing is at stake, anything can happen") and originally consisted of two posters. Two images commissioned from the artist Jahn Janou. Two visuals showing a driver trying to push his car and another in front of his burning car. It was a way of reminding us that this event is merciless and offers a spectacle full of unexpected twists and turns. The ACO disagreed with this poster on the grounds that it gave the wrong impression of the race. What's more, the cars depicted looked very similar to the Audi cars taking part. The posters were withdrawn at the request of the manufacturers because of the poor image they gave and were subsequently replaced by the night poster.
