Velvet, warp, weft and fringes in silk
A pale celadon field featuring an original design of palmette scrolls, finely drawn sprigs of flower buds and floral bulbs in pastel tones, framing a large medallion inlaid with a stylised tortoise shell surrounded by two serrated hexagonal palmettes. Four pale pink spandrels with motifs echoing the central field.
