CÔTES D'ARMOR (22) – “Castle between MATIGNON and [?]”. 19th century. Original DRAWING (probably by Félix Benoist (1818–1896)) in graphite on vellum paper. Inscribed “Château between Matignon and [...]?” in pencil in the bottom left-hand corner. Provenance: From the collection of the Charpentier workshop, run by Pierre-Henri (1788–1854) and his son Henri-Désiré (1806–1883), printers and publishers based in Paris, then in Nantes (from 1854). 26 x 35 cm. Condition A (two very short tears, reinforced along the top edge; in excellent condition).
