Description
FINISTÈRE (29) - BRITTANY - “PLOUNEOUR-TREZ”. 19th century. Original drawing (probably by Félix Benoist) in graphite on vellum paper. “Plouneour Trez” written in pencil in the bottom left-hand corner. Provenance: From the collection of the Charpentier workshop, run by Pierre-Henri (1788–1854) and his son Henri-Désiré (1806–1883), printers and publishers based in Paris, then in Nantes (from 1854). 22 x 30 cm. Condition A (a short tear at the bottom and a few stains on the reverse, a tiny pinprick in the corners; otherwise in good condition).
