In memory of the culinary exhibition. Album containing 5 silver gelatine prints. 1932. 16.5 x 21.5 cm. Landscape 4°. Hardback with title label (scuffed and bumped).
With a stamp by F. Niemants on the inside of the cover. – A small collection of five photographs of exhibits by the chef A. Molenkamp. The plated dishes and platters depict confectionery masterpieces that were exhibited at the Exposition Culinaire in 1932. The photographs were probably taken by photographer J. Niels. - Silvering present. Generally well preserved.
