1 Licence 4 Regarding the public auction of a Licence 4 arising from the judicial liquidation of SARL ARAMIS, registered with the Nantes Trade and Companies Register (RCS) under number 811 797 703, whose registered office is at ZAC DE LA BROSSE, RUE DES SORINIERES, 44400 REZE, and which was placed in compulsory liquidation by a judgement of the Commercial Court of NANTES dated 11 June 2026, converting the administrative reorganisation proceedings into compulsory liquidation. This sale is being conducted at the request of SELARL BLANC MJ-O, whose registered office is at NANTES 44000, 8 rue d’Auvours, acting in its capacity as Liquidator, a role to which it was appointed by a judgement handed down by the Commercial Court of Nantes on 11 June 2026.
