The few non-alcoholic drinks (‘soft drinks’) present in the stock are listed subject to verification of their best-before date or use-by date, as the establishment has been closed for some time. Consequently, their suitability for consumption cannot be guaranteed in their current state. All bottles of alcoholic or non-alcoholic drinks that have already been opened or partially consumed and are present on the premises are expressly excluded from the valued stock.
