Authorisation to operate a transferable Licence IV, subject to the compulsory liquidation of the sole trader Ms ANGELIQUE OLIVON, registered with the SAINT-BRIEUC Trade and Companies Register under number 490 759 792, whose registered office is at 24, rue des Trois Frères Le Goff, 22000 Saint-Brieuc, and declared to be in compulsory liquidation by a judgement of the Saint-Brieuc Economic Activities Court dated 12 March 2026. This sale is being conducted at the request of SELARL PRAXIS, of 45, RUE LA FAYETTE, acting in its capacity as Liquidator, a role to which it was appointed by the Commercial Court of SAINT-BRIEUC on 12 March 2026.
