Description
1962 - Ferrari 330 P2
Superbly restored like a true 330 P2!
Incredibly restored with the care and precision of a true 330 P2!
- This Ferrari 330 P2 is the car that every adult would have loved to have been given in their youth. As early as 1962, these models enabled many children to familiarise themselves with the joys of driving and competition, since endurance races of 2, 6 and 12 hours were contested at Le Mans as a prelude to the famous 24 Hours in 1967!
- Part of one of the finest Ferrari collections in France, this car has been fully restored by its owner and given as a gift to his grandson. Like his cars, nothing has been left to chance. The paintwork is superb, the tubular chassis has been completely redone (and slightly improved!), the braking system is new and, of course, the engine has also been given a facelift.
- Expensively restored, superb and capable of great performance (possible bridle), it is eligible for the Little Big Mans organised as part of Le Mans Classic every two years by Peter Auto.
- It's worth noting that, beyond their size and engines, the Mortarinis are real historic cars! They are a real collector's item, to be placed in the hands of careful children... or in the desk of a grown-up!
This Ferrari 330 P2 is the car every adult would have loved to receive in their youth. As early as 1962, these models introduced countless children to the joys of driving and racing, with endurance events lasting 2, 6, and 12 hours held at Le Mans as a prelude to the legendary 24 Hours in 1967!
Coming from one of the finest Ferrari collections in France, this example has been completely restored by its owner as a gift for his grandson. True to his meticulous standards-just like with his full-size cars-nothing was left to chance. The paintwork is superb, the tubular chassis has been entirely rebuilt (and slightly improved!), the braking system is brand new, and of course, the engine has also been thoroughly overhauled.
Beautifully restored at great expense, stunning in every detail, and capable of excellent performance (with a possible restrictor), it is eligible for the Little Big Mans event organized by Peter Auto as part of the Le Mans Classic, held every two years.
Note that "Mortarinis" are, beyond their size and engines, genuine historic cars! They are true collectors' items-perfect for careful young drivers... or for a grown-up child's office!
