From its launch in 1989 at the Chicago Motor Show, the Honda NSX was a warning to the European market occupied by Porsche and Ferrari with a car combining performance, reliability and ease of use, qualities for which the Japanese manufacturer was renowned.
Strongly influenced by Formula 1 driver Ayrton Senna, its development led to the refinement of the chassis and handling, guaranteeing exceptional driving dynamics. The aluminium monocoque chassis and body panels were revolutionary for their time, allowing significant weight savings without compromising structural rigidity.
Our example was ordered from Honda Pagani Fres in Marseille by its first owner. Two original letters of thanks from Honda France are still in the file, one of which is an invitation to the 1992 Spa Grand Prix in a box reserved for NSX owners! On 18 June 1992, however, he sold his NSX to an enthusiast in the Paris region, who kept it until 2026!
Today, the car is presented to us in a very fine state of preservation. The file highlights the fact that it was used very little between 2020 and 2025 (500 km driven), which is probably why its second owner decided to sell it. Just before the sale, at the end of 2025, the engine was removed, the belts changed, and some bodywork parts repainted (invoice and paint measurements for the rest of the bodywork available on request).
