Produced by the renowned Carrozzeria Ghia on the basis of the popular Fiat 500, it was conceived as an elegant beach car intended for the most fashionable seaside resorts of the Mediterranean. Stripped of its conventional doors and wide open to the outside, the Jolly immediately stands out thanks to its distinctive wicker seats, side ropes and large sun canopy. Produced in limited numbers, it quickly became a favoured feature of luxury hotels, yachts and summer residences on the Côte d’Azur and the Italian Riviera.
