Description
Massey Ferguson - Type TEA 20 petrol - Year: circa 1951

- Condition: straight out of the barn, won’t start
- Will need to be restored to working order; sold as seen.
History:
In the aftermath of the war, Massey Ferguson was a pioneer in the agricultural world. It was able to supply farmers with tractors and a wide range of brand-specific implements, ranging from ploughs and trailers to seed drills, Canadian ploughs, vibro-cultivators, manure spreaders and tractor forks. Building on the experience first established by Ford Ferguson, the engineers proved that, even with limited power, it was finally possible to restore a modern image to agriculture. Thanks to the ingenuity and courage of the demonstrators in dealing with a complex profession that was reluctant to engage, the brand managed to establish itself before the competition came hot on their heels, thereby forcing Massey Ferguson to stay one step ahead of them.
Condition: The model is presented complete in its petrol version, with its hydraulic fork, original front wheels and Ferguson linkage system. It requires restoration, is in good condition and, above all, is complete in terms of its tractor chassis. The fork comprises two parts: a manure fork and a soil bucket.
