Motorbike BMW R50 Year of production unknown engine number : 631470 Chassis: Hubraum CCM: 833288 Engine blocked TO BE RESTORED Grey in colour. The 490 cm3 twin cylinder engine developing 26 bhp is non-functional. The motorbike is not running with a trace of impact at the front, the vehicle is 90% complete without registration certificate. BMW Bayerische Motoren Werke AG, or Bavarian Motor Manufacture founded in 1916, whose emblem represents a propeller in motion on a background of the Bavarian colours blue and white and the three initials BMW. Under the terms of the 1919 Treaty of Versailles, Germany was no longer allowed to build aircraft engines.
