Sui/early Tang Dynasty
The rounded face carved with a serene meditative expression, with pursed lips and downcast eyes beneath arched eyebrows, flanked by long pendulous earlobes, the hair drawn up and gathered into a chignon, wood base.
16 cm (6 1/4 in.) high (2).
