A ZITAN AND HARDWOOD-INLAID TWO-DOOR CABINET
Qing Dynasty
Of rectangular form, set with a pair of hinged doors opening to reveal two fixed shelves edged with a silver-inlaid key-fret border, the front panels carved with bamboo sprays issuing from rockwork, the cover and the sides decorated with flowering branches and birds in flight embellished with mother-of-pearl and various hardstones, all raised on a silver-inlaid flat base, the sides set with a pair of brass bail handles.
