76. 76W YUKINOSHITA DŌ EN LAQUE NOIRE Japon, période Edo (1615-1868), XVIIIᵉ siècle Constructed of five vertical plates connected by four hinges, the watagami with shōji-ita with inome, the front plate with a medial ridge, all lacquered back, the edges trimmed in shakudō fukurin chiseled with scrolling vines, the exposed rivets with decorative shakudō grommets in the form of cherry blossoms, and the hardware with openwork floral scrolls, all finished in shakudō, fitted with seven sections of five-lame kusazuri, the lowest lame trimmed in boar's fur; with an armour stand and one storage box.
