Casques coloniaux 1931. Comprenant un casque fabriqué en liège et recouvert d'une toile blanche recouvert de chaux, ancre en laiton montée d'origine. Doublure en coton vert, coiffe et jugulaires absentes. Le soldat a inscrit à l'intérieur de son casque Bordeaux, Nantes, Conacri, Dakar...un tampon de fabricant marseillais est également présent. Un casque type 1931 fabriqué en Liège recouvert d'une feutrine verte à l'intérieur et d'une toile blanche à l'extérieur. Ancre en laiton montée d'origine, jugulaire en cuir présente. Au fond du casque se trouve l'étiquette en papier indiquant Casque Canard Blanc Minh Thinh 7 rue Ohier à Phnom Penh. 1931 colonial helmets. Comprising one cork helmet covered in white fabric coated with lime wash and fitted with original brass colonial anchor insignia. Green cotton lining with liner and chinstrap missing. Interior marked by the soldier with the place names Bordeaux Nantes Conakry Dakar. Marseille maker stamp also present. Also included a 1931 pattern cork helmet lined internally with green felt and externally covered in white cloth. Original brass anchor insignia fitted and leather chinstrap present. Interior retains original paper label marked Casque Canard Blanc Minh Thinh 7 rue Ohier Phnom Penh.
