Etui en métal argenté possédant l'insigne émaillé des commandos marine nord Vietnam ainsi qu'une plaque fabriqué par la firme Drago représentant un dragon enlaçant la carte d'Indochine et maintenu par quatre faux rivets dont deux absents. Etui présentant un petit choc à l'arrière. Drago cigarette case, Marine Commandos. Silvered metal cigarette case bearing the enameled insignia of the North Vietnam Marine Commandos together with a plaque manufactured by Drago depicting a dragon entwined around the map of Indochina. Plaque secured by four imitation rivets, two now missing. Minor dent to the reverse.
