Casque anglais Brodie 1er type. Beau casque Brodie sans jonc de renfort peripherique, appele par les anglo-saxons Raw Edge, bord tranchant. Peinture kaki, on apercoit par-dessous sa livree d'usine vert pomme. Avec sa bonne coiffe du 1er type en toile ciree avec feutrine et boudins amortisseurs de caoutchouc. Jugulaire en cuir marron, rivetee. Usure d'usage, patine. British first-pattern Brodie helmet. Fine early Brodie helmet without peripheral reinforcing rim, known as the Raw Edge pattern. Khaki paint with the original apple-green factory finish visible beneath. Correct first-pattern oilcloth liner with felt and rubber shock-absorbing pads. Riveted brown leather chinstrap. Wear and patina.
