Description
Coupe à glace et petite cuillère du Platterhof. Coupelle en métal argenté, les marquages sont illisibles. Mauritia Mayer, alias Judith Platter, héroïne du roman de 1891 deux personnes de Richard Voss et dont la ferme de montagne se tenait à l'emplacement du Platterhof . En costume traditionnel bavarois portant une fleur, sur fond de montagnes du Watzmann, sol arrondi avec cinq mottes d'herbe à trois brins, sorte de halo ovale autour de la partie supérieure du personnage entouré de traits horizontaux, le tout dans un ovale surmonté d'un élément végétal à trois feuilles. Diamètre 10,4 cm. Petites cuillères en métal, fabrication illisible. Marquages Gasthaus der Platterhof. A noter une certaine usure et patine des pièces. Etat II+. Platterhof ice cream cup and spoon. Silver-plated metal cup with illegible markings. Depicts Mauritia Mayer, also known as Judith Platter, heroine of Richard Voss’s 1891 novel, shown in traditional Bavarian costume holding a flower, against a backdrop of the Watzmann mountains. The design features an oval halo surrounded by horizontal lines and surmounted by a three-leaf vegetal motif. Diameter 10.4 cm. Accompanied by a small metal spoon with illegible maker’s marks and the inscription Gasthaus der Platterhof. Showing honest wear and patina. Condition II+.
