L'apparition médiunimique. Mezzotint, 49,1 x 34,2 cm, Japan paper, plate signed at lower left "III etat J. J. Tissot" (few creases, some white spots, waterstain on edge). - Rare proof of "The apparition" before signature at upper right and before text in the cleaned lower margin. Since the plate was cancelled after the 2nd state, our impression cannot be a later 3rd state. - Ref. Wentworth 76, before I (of II).
